IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Change Healthcare Update

As of Friday, March 29, 2024, configuration has been pushed to your pharmacy that will allow you to begin switching claims once again through Change Healthcare. While not all services are yet available, we have confirmed that the following services are fully operable today:

At this time, we have no plans to automatically revert pharmacies that were using Change Healthcare as their primary switch previously back to that configuration. Pharmacies wishing to do so can simply adjust their switch preference in PrimeRx as follows:

  1. Go to Maintenance
  2. Select “5. System File”
  3. Navigate to “Transmission Settings”
  4. Change primary to “Change Healthcare”
  5. Click “Save”
