PrimeRx™ facilitates integration with QuickBooks, a leading accounting software solution for small businesses.  Track income and expenses, generate invoices, receive payments and more, with all records stored seamlessly within PrimeRx™.


How does it work?
Pharmacies integrate with QuickBooks through the PrimeRx™ House Charge module.  This allows the pharmacy to collect payments via QuickBooks for all house charge invoices.

  • A required copay is posted to a patient’s house charge account.
  • This outstanding amount is transmitted automatically to QuickBooks, and an appropriate invoice is generated.
  • The invoice is transmitted directly to the patient, using QuickBooks capabilities.
  • The patient can then remit payment to the pharmacy, directly within QuickBooks.
